Adăugaţi puţină sare şi căliţi timp de 5 minute.&lt;br /&gt;Adăugaţi usturoiul tocat şi fierbeţi alte 2 minute.&lt;br /&gt;Puneţi şi roşiile tăiate mare şi fierbeţi timp de 10 minute cu puţină sare şi oţet din vin roşu astfel încât să-şi amestece aromele.&lt;br /&gt;Adăugaţi supa şi fierbeţi la foc mic timp de 15 minute. Condimentaţi după gust.&lt;br /&gt;Zdrobiti busuiocul cu puţină sare, până se pasează. In restul de ulei se inabusa ceapa tocata, ardeiul taiat felii si ciupercile taiate in bucati si apoi se lasa racit.
